I got a call from this number as well, a message was left.
After confirming my identity it said
"this is a debt collector with ICS, this is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose."
it then asked me to call back at 708 229 7437 and gave me a reference number to enter. I don't know of any outstanding debt I have so I'm not sure what this is about.

If ICS is a valid collection agency thier practices are extreemly suspect! I argued with a "superviser" for over 20 minutes just to get thier company name out of them. They did every thing possblie not to reveal who they were. Does this seem like the practice of a legitimate company? Not in my opinion!
these guys never leave a message. they call as if they wanted to give me a job interview. i felt this call was fishy, and hung up. they continue to call every day, leaving no message.
Calls from this number at hassassing interludes but nobody talks when I pick up; no messages left. Can I block these scammers somehow? And how did they get my cel; I NEVER give it out?!
