Wanted me to participate in Survey for Health Insurance, ask me several questions regarding income status, jobs,. Said they would need me answer a question in March for $250.00  from March 3-8 .  She said she would have to call me back. Call came in from Chicago Illinois.  I called the number back and a answering machine with Angela announcing her  company.
