Who called from 8474480460

Got a call from this number but they did not leave a message

Get a call from this number same time every night. When I pick up no one talks. Called back and it is some sort of association line asking for money for the police department.

they always call me everyday and don,t say anything for about 15 seconds and ask for the person that used live here

call every couple of days - I don't pick up and they never leave a message.  I know they are the police looks for a contribution.

They have started to call my cell phone and never leave a message.
