LOUD Recorded Message saying "Congratulations! Your cell phone has been selected for a free....!" Then I hung up. Another Bee S spam call. Will it never end?

Blocked this 1! 1 post says it's a Congrats U won on a cell phone but this was on 6/6/16 on a Landline @ 12:54 PM CT so I assume it's yet another Phony B.S. thing

Got same call on my cell phone. Hit the "voicemail" button and will be surprised if I find anything there.

Caller ID says Duct Cleaning.  No message left.

I keep getting calls that I push to VM.  They never leave a message!
