This is a cold call solicitation by a company called BankerREO
They typically call Realtors, real estate agents and brokers they find listed on the internet from various websites and then try and sell them on a "subscription" to their BPO services with the teaser that they ~might~ get the listing etc., etc.
I have found NO ONE who has anything good to say about this company. Most 'victims' just lost their money and get no response from the company once they have been taken.
Some have even done the BPO's and never even got paid, others have paid their fee of around $300 - only to get paid $50-$75 for their one and only BPO - never to hear from this group again - except when they automatically debit your account the following year for their fee again.
Be advised that if you do fall for this scheme, you will need to cancel your debit or checking account and get a new account number in order to stop future automatic withdrawals from your account!
