This has to be a $cam. I tried to call back & the pre rec says the mailbox is full. Yeah we know WHAT it's full of. This was on 6/13/14 @ 11:54 AM CT on a Landline. UGH!

I know the calls are frustrating, but this site has no affiliation with the company calling you and can do nothing to stop the calls. Since you've already asked the company not to call you again, please file complaints with:
http://www.donotcall.gov
AND
http://www.ftc.gov
While catching these people takes time, every complaint filed against this number helps establish a pattern, and makes it more likely that the number will be investigated.
