This is a third party collection agency that appears to utilize very unpleasant and unprofessional tactics that completely violate not only the laws, but also generally skip phone etiquette all together. They seem to be fraudulent by the way that they handle their calls, by threatening and intimidating anyone who happens to answer the phone, despite that they have a wrong number. Exercise extreme caution in speaking with them and refrain from giving out any personal information.
