Called my cell twice, hung up.  i didnt answer since i dont know them and have a similar number so was kind of upset thinking its someone phishing aroung for things.  Looked online nd all info i could find is its a cingular wireless Pcs (not sre what that is?) from Wheeling, il)  this is near a doctor i see and in the area i live.  was just to see doctor 3 days ago but also strangly had to put my cell on Yahoo to hve a text sent to me with a code in it after them showing me someone had signed into my mail from mexico.  this was all yahoo- and they did send the confirmation text but how stupid is it to have to give that info if theyre telling you your account might be compromised?  you also cnt make a yhoo email without giving them a cell or phone # now. what happened to privacy?
