I answer, it hangs up. I call it back, it tries to dial another extension or number and silence, nothing further ever happens. They have called 3 times this week.

Same comments as Vix. I have received calls from only 847-548-5809 and 847-548-5983.

I've received the calls as well from 847-548-5809.  I get them a few times a week now.  It is super annoying.  I have no idea what this number is.  Does anybody know?
