Someone trying to make you think they are from medicare to trick you into enrolling in their advantage plan... I asked what company they worked for and they hung up.. These scammer insurance brokers need to be shut down.
It is illegal for them to cold call you and try to market their plan to you. Of course there probably is no plan. Also, I believe enrollment doesn't start until October.
