Just received a call from this number...left no message...caller ID said is was from Power Center.  Added them to my phone number block list.

I see these unwanted calls on the caller ID, I then answer, "Illinois State Police - Fraud Department, how may I assist you?" I usually get an apology and a quick hang up, seldom do they call back.

They call all the time, sometimes back to back in less than 2 minutes. There's never a message left or no one there, SPAM no doubt.
