Hi, just wandering - are you perhaps a massage therapist like me? I am assuming this is why the late night calls come.... from people who don't realize my practice is professional and therapeutic.
These M*&%$#@ called sunday 4 am. I have an ill eldery mom and an irresponsable ex wife that is in charge of my kids. The phone rings that early I'm in panic mode. In my dash to answer the phone, I smash, and break my toe. Thanks you no good piece of dog DOO-DOO. And in saying this I mean no disrespect to dog DOO-DOO!
WHO are these clowns??? I thought MAYBE it would be 1 of my Doc's offices as they Use their phone # as their Caller ID. It was'nt but it WAS a hang up. I won't even bother calling as it costs $$$ to find out if it's a scam or not, but I assume it is. Can't ANYBODY track this # down???
I received 3 calls all within 1 minute of each other on my cell phone. I didn't answer as I was at work but since there was no voicemail left I decided to put the # in on Google and I followed this link. My suggestion is people who have gotten calls from this number go the websites of the FTC, the FBI, and the Illinois Attorney Generals office. I had an issue a year ago where somebody was calling approx.6 times per day, from a number that only showed 5 digits on my caller ID, and I filed reports with these agencies. My research led me to conclude it was a scam to get people to provide credit card numbers or bank routing numbers to pay what was being called an outstanding loan that was going into default. I answered one of these calls after filing my reports, told the person not to call anymore as I suspected it was a scam and that I had reported it to the various state and federal authorities. I then asked if they had a legitimate issue to mail me a certified letter. This person then got aggressive and threatening at which point I said if they called back I'd have all the calls traced and press charges for harrassment. I never heard anything again.
