Quiet when I picked up the phone, then strong accent, couldn't even pronounce our last name. They have called many times, but while we were not at home. I reported them to the "Do not call list" website.
Got a call from this number, silence, no one answers my hello, so I just hang up, the fact thats it coming up unknown, makes me think its connecting from out of country being routed through to this number. I'm going to research further I just hate calls like this especially since my number is unlisted.
