Don't worry about being charged for anything. They're a market research firm in Evanston, IL who is hired by companies to generate sales leads. They do not sell anything and you can not be charged for anything.
What they *will* do, however is attempt to get your personal information and give it to their clients who will send you information about their products. Still not selling anything, but if you fall into a demographic where they think you may purchase a product of theirs, they will have you on a list.
As far as Office Value goes, they have hired this company to ask you some questions and hopefully get you to give them permission to send you a catalog or something.
