Called and demanded to know how much we charge to cut nails. I stated that if you were a Medicare patient I can't see you. She stated she was not Medicare. I stated that it is our policy that you become a new patient before the doctor will tell you how much it would be to cut toenails. She called me a *insert swear word* rude person and hung up.
