Asked for the license number, After bumbling around gave me a 35 digit "code". Then told them that I do not have a microsoft computer. Asked me what I have and told them Mac Book Pro. Then said she would transfer my call to another person. Asked why since they were not Apple. She then claimed they worked for both Microsoft and Apple. Told her bull and she hung up. Had an east Indian accent.
