Called me multiple times a day weather I ignore or answer. Usually if I answer, there's no sound and it eventually hangs up, this time it sounded like someone using a soundboard to try to communicate with me.

Calling every day. NO answer.  Glad i found this post.  I blocked now.  See it is a spammer.  Thanks.

Keeps calling my phone and hanging up. When I call back it automatically hangs up right away. Calls nearly every day.
