This is a total scam. I only picked up because of the local area code and prefix (850-224-) as its a local city number, even though I didn't recognize the call. After a lengthy delay, someone on a very statically and hard to understand asked for me by last name and said something about Spinnaker Resort. I immediately asked them to take me off their list and the person hung up without responding or comment. I highly doubt they will honor my request ( I have a DNC registered landline to begin with). A Google search returned a match to a company called Moriss Depex Associates (an engineering firm). I believe the resort scammer is spoofing a local number....beware!!!!!

well, as expected they did not honor my DNC request. They called less than 20 hours later. Todays call displayed "not available" and the number as 11-850-224-6688. Yesterday the caller ID displayed as "Tallahassee, FL" and 850-224-6688. They did not leave a message either time, are manipulating the caller ID display and not honoring my DNC request on a DNC registered landline.
