Called one day with GOOD news about my student loan and said that I qualify for forgiveness. She happened to talk me into giving her Secret answers to my account when it got to my Mothers maiden name thats when I said NO WAY. She then said I will send a code and you tell me the code. She used that to reset my password for my AES account then changed my password. when I got the email it was changed I went in and reset my self. About two days later my account was froze or blocked. So I unblocked it. My guess she was looking for saved Bank accounts.
Except for very limited circumstances there is no loan forgiveness. She probably got your SS# as well.
