This number calls mr everyday! They call my cell, my daughters cell, & the house phone. I called the number back and its is a medical bill collection agency. They also use other numbers off the 250. They have been told not to call but still keep doing iy.
this number has calledtwice in morning and evening everyday, does not leave msg, map indicates its level 3 communication in panama CITY area, but nothing else, suspect this a spammer tele marketer
update to complaint above: i did some research digging on found out that this a company called Level 3 communications which an internet company, whose hqs is in colorado, offices all over us including panama city which the number above, they call my cell twice a day at 9am and 4:30pm every single day. i have never done any biz nor do i plan on doing any biz with this company. and i since i AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST, THIS IS PLAIN SIMPLE HARASSMENT BY THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Level 3 is the caller's carrier and is not making the calls themselves. Since this caller's purpose has not been identified, it is not yet known if their call is a DNC violation. Unless they are selling goods or services or generating leads for a third party, they are not required to screen against the DNC list before calling. Chances are high they are a spammer of some sort but that is still not yet known. Many nuisance callers such as charities, opinion polls, political calls do not leave a message if they do not detect a live answer. With no other complaints, this is either a new number or a low volume caller.
