This number actually called me and knew my name which freaked me out. I told them I wasn't home and asked them to take a message, they said they have no messages at this time... so I hung up and called back, it was an automatic NRA line with nobody on it, but at the end it said to press 1 to receive information about the NRA. I pressed one and it immediately said, "please enter the 10 digit phone number you would like removed from our calling list". I entered my number and they said, "legally, we are obligated to remove your number only within the first 30 days, but we'll try to do it in a few days"... WTF? NRA is not IMC, I'm so confused. These people are calling everyone.
They call my home around 20 times a day, or over a 100 times each week. I wish someone would make them stop. My wife just had surgery, and I have some dementia. We are in our 80's and have been on DO NOT CALL list for many years. Why don't these people have to go to jail or be fined for upsetting and disturbing people? Please someone make them stop!!.
Yes, I too have been receiving calls from this number. I called back this morning. They have a recorded message that states they are the National Rifle Association and sorry they could not take my call. I didn't leave them a message.
