"[Random, indistinct chatter from others in the call center] This is Ron Johnson, I'm contacting you because your phone number and address were listed as public record as emergency contact or point of contact or relative to [insert my spouse's name]. I've been trying to inform her of her case that is in the process of being filed against her at 'the' Leon County and if you wish to avoid any further action or avoid any further involvement in this case, you may want to have [spouse] come to the litigation office directly today before her case is discharged to be filed. That office number that's provided is 1-866-750-6002. She will need to ask for the legal department and somebody there should be able to assist her further. As of now, I do wish you both the best of luck, further action scheduled to be taken today (run on sentence, said super fast). Mind you, this call was around 4pm EST, any "litigation office" would close by 5pm. Secondly, the guy talked so fast and had so many speech errors that he clearly doesn't work for any legal department, anywhere. Just another scam.
