They say they are a collection company one time, then they say they are a lawyers office and have a file on me owning something. I don't even give them a chance to say anything..so funny I have 3 different collection agencies calling me for the SAME bill that I DON'T OWE..So that just tells me these people are bottome feeders, and really don't even try to turn them into the Attorney Generals office of the FTC as they can't do anything about it. It just wastes your time. These people are scam artists, just think if you were to pay all these so called collection companies, you would never have an end to it. So don't PAY these freaks..
Not actually Verizon Wireless, but a company acting as their collection agency. Unfortunately (or fortunately I guess) they do not have full access to the company records, as the bill they are trying to collect on has been paid.

Collection for Verizon Wireless, calling about past due bill, that was paid a week ago. I called the real Verizon Wireless to confirm my balance and asked them how to respond to the repeated collection calls. Verizon Customer Service said, "just ignore them." Sounds like they have issues like this often.
