Who called from 8503871024

NRA (according to caller ID). Call everyday at varying times. Even when you ask them stop calling they don't. Prior to using this number they used 850-252-8717 ("Out of Area" ID). Both numbers out of the Panama City, FL area.  I even called them but naturally you get a recording with no option to remove your telephone number. They are a genuine PIA and even if I did belong to the NRA I'd cancel my membership based on the continuing calls. The best thing you can do is block the number if you have the capability.

It's the "National Recovery Agency", a collection agency, not the National Rifle Association.

I called the number. The machine said NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION.

True. But your call didn't come from that number. The caller faked the Caller ID to show 850-387-1024 while he was really calling from another number. It's called "Caller ID Spoofing" and it's commonplace.

They call us several timees a day and never leave message.  according to caller id it says IMC but if you call them back it claims to be National Rifle Assoc. So frustrating.
