I believe to be a political robo call of some sort. I picked up because of the local area code (850) and an actual name displayed on the caller ID (Medina Sarah E), even though I didn't recognize the number. After saying hello, there was a lengthy delay and someone eventually came on. At that point I could here call center sounds in the background (multiple phones ringing, several different people talking, etc). But the agent on my phone never said anything, I repeated hello and then they disconnected. A google search of the number returns a few references to voting and whatnot...hence my belief its some sort of political call.
