I picked up and after several seconds I was connected and could hear call center background noise (multiple conversations, multiple phones ringing, and typing). I said hello 3x and no said anything and the call was disconnected. The caller ID displayed on the city/state info (Marianna FL) and the number 850-394-9223. A Google search returned nothing but questionable results; including scam tracking sites and white pages to a specific person.
