Same old, same old "we will lower your credit card rate."  Sure, just as soon as I give them my credit card number, expiration date, and pin number on back of card....!  This same group of spammers, all with oriental accents, have called me at least once a week for several years.  These are the REAL terrorists that our federal government should attack.
