This number called my phone not 1, but 4 times after 9pm EST. The first time the call came through, I thought it was somebody that I knew so I answered. Nobody spoke, but I heard a combination of sounds as if someone was on the line and not paying attention, so essentially I hung up. About 15 seconds later, the umber calls back again and I answer but this time I'm in the beginning stages of being annoyed and still nobody speaking but those same background noises, so I hung up again. About 1.5 minutes later the number calls BACK but this time I didn't answer because my annoyance level was elevating, so I sent it to voicemail. Another minute later the number calls back and this time I answered and didn't say anything. I just put the phone on speaker and just listened to see if I could get someone to speak, but this time I heard noises and some muffled voices in the background. That called lasted about 37 seconds before they finally hung up.
