Almost certainly a spoofed number. Called back using *67 prefix, gay voicemail answered, and mailbox was full. Subsequent callbacks received a multi-toned "busy" signals, then back to gay boy voicemail. check it out.
got a call from 850-519-2436. Didnt answer cuz I didnt recognize number. Called back on a landline, using *67 Call Number Blcoking. Got a cell voicemail that makes you think they have answered the phone. The dude sounded like Omar Mateen.
