Did not recognize #, let it go to vm:  no message

They just called and left me a message saying it was urgent get in touch with concerning my interest rate on my credit card.

unknown # leaves no message.

I have been getting these calls on my mobile phone which is registered on the Do No Call List. I block future calls but keep getting these types of calls from Florida. Any ideas?
