This was a telemarketer using the increasingly popular "spoofing" software that somehow allows their caller ID to show a phone number with the same local prefix of your phone. I have a 573 number so I decided to answer thinking it was somebody local. It wasn't. It was a telemarketer calling to inform me that I have earned "resort points". It had an actual human being on the line. I was driving at the time and hung up on her before listening to her spiel. If I had not been driving, I'd have been working and I'm not getting paid to talk about resort points.
