My daughter received a phone call saying that the were looking for me cause they have a bank fraud felony complaint and they are issuing a warrant for my arrest. I have had a bank acct. in over 10 years and it was closed with a zero balance.
I received a call from Mo. State Processing which I could not find with an internet search. The said they were calling on behalf of Atlantic Mediation and they were going to file 2 felony class B bank fraud charges against me if I could not pay today. I called a lawyer and he advised me that they do this all the time. They cannot file criminal charges they can only take me to civil court and garnish my wages.
