Heavily accented caller claimed to be trying to get the youngest something-something-something (couldn't understand/stopped listening after "survey") to take a survey. They called several times throughout the day. Don't bother answering, safe to block.
They have been calling for several days. Finally picked up. They asked for registered voter for a survey. Could hardly understand the caller. Told her to stop calling.
