I've received emails and calls from this number numerous times. They are very, very annoying. They say I owe money from a payday loan. It's ridiculous that they don't have a signature with a name and address at the bottom of the email. They won't provide any information of your debt. This is because it's total scam, as the law requires debt collectors to provide you with the documents of your debt.

I have been getting a series of emails from a Pamela Graham telling me that I am going to be prosecuted for fraud for a payday loan that I do not owe.  She initially wanted me to send the money in a Money Pak ad gave me the names of the stores that sell them.  At first I was told I owe $450 and if I don't pay it it will turn into $6300 for lawyer and court costs.  Then she gave me to option to take care of it with $310 and next she said it was $350.  I asked her for a number to call and talk to her.  She gave me this number.  She emails from  [email protected].  I have reported her to the local police station and to the Attorney General of Wyoming.  Do not send her the money through the untraceable means that she suggests.  She is a scam

I have been getting a series of emails from a Maria Smith and a Lisa White from ACS in regards to a bogus claim about a pay day loan from (Advance Cash America) claiming that I took out a loan for $300 and the amount had risen to $786.77. They are supposedly offering me a settlement but that I need to contact this Lisa White if I choose to accept the settlement so that they can proceed with the payment option. I demanded proof of the alleged debt and they responded with a pdf file that I refuse to open. I told them that no legit company will contact someone via email in regard to a debt. I told them to send me written proof of this alleged debt by postal mail and I would not deal with them until I received that proof. The claim my case file will be downloaded on January 16th and that to avoid legal action I need to settle the debt. I noticed that it was quite strange that the emails were BCC to me and not sent directly to me. The email addresses that these bogus attempts are coming from are:

I am getting the same emails about Advance Cash America. They are claiming they will only accept payment with a moneypak and give me a list of stores that sale these. I have also requested an itemization letter or statement to verify this allegation. First of all I have never done business with a payday loan of that name and secondly I have never received anything from them with a business head/address etc. The emails are completely harassing and I am thinking about contacting the police department to see if there is anything that can be done.
