I've been getting the same calls every day, multiple times a day. Smh....it is in fact a scammer(s). The best thing to do is NEVER answer the call. It you do, NEVER share nor give out any personal information. The greatest thing to do is get a call blocking device to block unwanted solicited calls.
I searched the number further and found this https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/BellSouth_Telecommunications Just call AT&T and they will take you off of the call list. Hopefully it actually stops these annoying calls. Also, the lady told me that it is actually an automated system which hangs up on you if you tell it "no" or "stop calling" or anything else that imply a you're not interested in listening to their sales pitch.
Loathsome [***] criminal mike lillibridge of jcs enterprises is probably involved in this scam. When not exposing himself in mens bathrooms, this loser sells personal information of people to scam companys like this .
