Yes, smart phone... it added a + in front of the area code and I guess that decided it was North Korea... interesting, don't you think?

I get the same thing -- my iphone adds a + before the area code and says "North Korea" in writing below the number as it's ringing. Needless to say I've never answered!  At least now I can take comfort in knowing it's just a scammer from Florida and not some ruthless dictator on the line.

Calling from a wide array of phone numbers about a dozen times a day. Can't call the number back. No one on the call when I pick it up. Do not call list means nothing. ANNOYING!!!!!
