I got the same thing, I told the idiot, I never had that surgery and I laughed at him. He asked why I laughed, then said ok and hung up. These a--holes should at least learn to speak English. They call all the time, most of the time the most of the time the computer hangs up on me.
I don't believe they have your info, they ask the questions and if you answer them, then they go on from there. They are probably trained very well on how to make you believe they have that info, so you will fill in the blanks and get you hooked.I can't believe some people fall for this crap!
