Called my Cell phone and I am on Do Not Call Registry...which is why I do not answer numbers I do not know.

Credit card offer to lower rates, hung up the second I said this was a cell phone...wanting to tell them it is also on a do not call list.  Next time I'll just string them along as far as I can, if I'm bored...

Same here - except I didn't answer the phone. I don't know anyone in Pensacola, FL, so sent it to VM. No message was left. Blocking that number.
