This is a scammer calling about the IRS taking action against you. This is well-documented on the IRS.gov website. The IRS does not contact you by phone. All official correspondence is done via US Mail.

called about an hour ago....left 3 messages in a continious loop....says from Treasury dept and do not ignore call...leaves number to return....have gotten other calls like this, block the number, then they change theirs. I never answer calls and refuse to return...In the summer it was the same kind of calls, only it was from the IRS, with same threats....reported to IRS and FCC....nothing seems to stop them. Today, I officially turned off my answering machine...maybe they will get the message but I doubt it.
SCAMMERS. This guy called me and told me his name was Guy Martin and there was a civil action suit against me and all this bull crap he has a deep Indian accent and gives me an American name I told them they were a bunch of scammers trying to steal people's money and hung up. I called them back and the guy answered and they said it was the Department of legal affairs I called them back a second time and a different guy answers and he said it was that US Treasury Department.
Received a voice mail from guy with Arab accent saying he was Guy Martin and if I do not call back for enforcement of a civil action in penalty and perjury for failure to appear and advised me to call back right away. Total scam.... I'm going to block this number and see what happens. No time for this BS
