They must have multiple people trying to harass the same company at once. They called my office phone, were placed on hold and within that time, the other line rang and it was the same company. Your never gonna get past the receptionist if you don't leave your callback number and the reason you are calling. You can say you know my boss and he is expecting your call but what good is that lie gonna do? The second I ask my boss if he knows them he says he doesn't and you get nowhere.
