Called twice in one day. Couldn't understand anything but 'money' and 'loan'. Specified that I went to their website and had to inquire about it and was approved for 3k. Funny how all these scammers are calling after I applied for my first credit card. He wasn't rude or anything. I just said 'I don't ask for loans nor do I spend more than I have in cash. I don't know what you're talking about; my family is my loan shark if need be.' where he replied, 'oh ok. I'm sorry ma'am. Thank you very much.' And hung up.
I just wanted to post this because this number (850) 764-5326 has been harassing me for 5 days now, calling me up to 6 times a day but leaving no voicemail. I finally looked up the number on google and there are a lot of complaints like these ones. So, I actually took initiative and called them! I told them that I knew they were a scam, that they were all over the internet, that they've been caught, and that they should stop calling me. I was so assertive that they hung up on me, lol. It's unfortunate, but thank goodness for technology and the ability to look up numbers online! I highly suggest doing research before answering your phone from strange numbers!!
Call blocker might be of some help. Also don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize, or where there are caller IDs that seem odd. Or where there is no caller ID. There’s no way to stop the calls from being initiated. Originate in India and Pakistan.
