They called my cell.

Called home phone and cell phone,  No one but family has cell number.  Didn't leave message.

They are probably using a robo-dialer to call every number. Your cell was next on the list.  Yes, its illegal.  For a scammer its one more law to break.

Tons of calls, can't call back, I've won a cruise for my (nonexistent) Google business.  Home and cell is getting bombarded

Telemarketer robocall. Sounded like a sales pitch for a timeshare but I hung up before finding out for certain.
