Said I stayed at one of there resorts. WRONG.
This is spam trying to offer a false free trip. Even started out with a girl playing with her headset.
I guess Florida no call list does not work.

A fake recording from a girl name emily that pretends ti fumble with her headphones.

This is a spam caller!! Do not answer. Do not press any numbers on the keypad. Do not give any information. Florida Attorney General said these numbers are scammers spoof calling to make money from people. These spammers are not even in the US. If you answer, the spammer knows it's a live number and will continue to call you. Been calling me and my husband for over a year. We had to block them. They've tried to con us into debt consolidation, free vacations, etc.

Have called my house phone many times and now my cell phone.

Did not answer. Checked here so this one goes to reject list.
