I received the same e-mail saying the same thing. I told him that is will get sued for slandering my name and saying that I have taken some money from them.
I didn't open my email from a jay Dixon about a lawsuit for a payday loan is what I could gather from just reading what was sent but immediately deleted. They have my social. I dealt with similar scam artists a few years back. Once my attorney contacted them never heard from them again but it did cost me lawyer fees. Who sends a lawsuit via email?? I wish these individuals would be caught so they can be stopped from harassing people. I guess there will always be con artists out there.
I have NO IDEA who this person is BUT he is ruining me to get credit from ANYWHERE!!!!!!!!
