Only picked up because it was a local number and displayed an actual name on the CID. As soon as I said hello, a recording started playing. "Laura" from "Cardholder Services" was calling about lowering my rates on my credit card. I immediately hung up. This is a total scam and they appear to be spoofing a local name/number. The called ID displayed the name David Ingham and the number 850-893-4313....beware!!!
