Female caller with heavy accent and poor connection saying she was from General Electric Alarm Systems and that we have had an alarm system from them for 3 years (which we do not), and that they want to give us a free upgrade. Never heard of these folks. Informed the caller they were being immediately reported to the FTC for their violation of the DNC list: https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2
Another web site reports this number as having phoned with credit card scams.

Caller spent considerabe time explaining upgrade benefits. Sounded good, but illogical. Simply said no thanks. But, later, began feeling I'm being ”cased.” Feels like sophisticated scam - caller invested lot of time, had my address but I gave nothing new - just worried that I stayed on line too long???
