This numer is a scam from an Indian call center via a mobile network carrier called Aircel. It is disguised to look like an exchange from Vineland, NJ (856) however 1856189 is a number assigned to a cell phone network originating in India. The caller hung up on my answering machine, as scammers always do... probably the solar ripoff that uses this technique frequently trying to take advantage of seniors with land lines. Do not answer this number, and don't fall for solar scams that are too good to be true, or free carpet cleaning, free chimney inspection/sweeping (you will get your chimney cleaned, though not quite in the literal sense.) I am tired of this BS from Indian scam peddlers, and always report the numbers at FCC.gov, very easy to do - the more of us who do report the less profit for these ripoff artists.
