Did anyone else get a call from 1-856-196-4852? Area code 856 is my area code but the 196 exchange is suspect. I did not answer and no message was left.

Buy an old fax machine at a garage sale. Next time they call, hit 'receive fax' button.
And, dont hang up. By not hanging up, you will tie up their outgoing phone line at least 45 seconds.Perhaps much longer depending on which automated dialer system they use.
