when i pick up the phone nobody answers

I get a call from this number everyday.  They never say anything and when I call back it says not a working number

Probably a spoofed number/robot call.

I got a call from this number on my government-issued job-related cell phone. 7/31/16  9:51am. From Vineland, NJ. Unbelievable that I am getting spam calls on a government-issued cell phone.

Didn't answer. This was the first of two calls on my Verizon mobile today—9:07 a.m. from New Jersey; 11:11 a.m. from West Palm Beach, Florida.
