This thread seems to be old, but this number is still around - they called my cell phone today. I never answer when I do not recognize the number/if it's someone I do not know. They left a recording on my voice mail with a "case number" and the usual "call us back or litigation will be started against you", etc. The call back number they left is 888-512-5897 which when I googled it, didn't have much information. I'm not calling them, just blocking them and making sure I'm on the DNS list. Scammers!!!!!
I am really getting alot of calls from this number, I answer once and they hung up , after that never answer but they never leave a message. when I called this number back it says not a working number. I am a widow getting tired of all the unnessary calls.
i keep getting a call from 856-200-8095, i don not answere unknown #'S, and they never leave a message. i assume they are collection calls, i do owe medical bills, but i tell them i am not working due to cancer and have no money to pay, but than they call from a different # so now i am not answering.
Get on your state and National "No Call List". Look it up under Google. You can sign on Cellphones and Landline phones. Once you are on list, give 3 months. Your local and federal District Attorney get the complaint reports you fill out. Once they have a lot of compaints they take them to court and the court will access a fee to the places that call you with telemarketing and telesales calls. They business's get a disc with the "No Call List" number's which they are supposed to load into their dialers to take the numbers out. Bad, if they do not load them in. The courts fine the business's that defy their "No Call List's" BIG dollars in fines and court costs. They will never call you again, beleive me. Mark :)
The Number 856-200-8095 belongs to a Health Insurance Telesales. You can either look up how to take telesales and telemarketers to court and win, on Google, or sign up your telephone number's, both cell phone and landline phones, on your Local State "No Call List" and National "No Call List". Once you have dones so, after 3 months of being on the "No Call List's", you can file complaints against the ones who do call. I use www.whitepages.com to do reverse number lookups and if not there, look it up on Google. You may have to spend some time getting who the number belongs to but, after you fill out the complaint form and send, your local District Attorney and Federal District Attorney take it from there. They accumulate several complaints, make a file to the courts for a court date, and fine the companies that are making unwanted calls. The state or Federal get the fine money. You do not have to show up in court at all. The fines the courts charge the companies for violating the "No Call List" are BIG money. They will never call you again. If you sue the company on your own, you have to take care of all the paperwork, file in the court, and may have to pay attorney fee's. Use the "No Call List", you have to only fill out complaint, they take it from there. Hope this helps everybody.
I have been trying to contact the New Jersey Attorney General for weeks. No response. I finally called the state police and was told to file a report with my local police un Missouri the have my provider block the number. In other words let them continue to run their scam. Apparently New Jersey doesn't give a [***] about criminals in their state. I have emailed the U S Attorney General .
